Title: Refund process experience

Hi! I'm thinking about requesting a refund from LUMI, but I'm not sure how strict they are. Do they need all the details like dates and evidence, or can it be more casual?

Hi! In my experience, they are pretty strict about following their process. I checked eligibility first, then sent a detailed email with subscription info, purchase date, and a clear reason. I also attached screenshots and kept all my emails. With lumi refund (https://lumi-app.co/help-center/payments-and-billing-info/how-can-i-get-a-refund), it was straightforward - no problems at all, just a bit of waiting while they processed the request. Following the instructions carefully really helps.
