Title: short daily lessons
Post by: Jones Fayth on Apr 20, 2026, 04:45 AM
Hey guys! I'm curious if switching from long-form courses to short daily lessons is actually worth it. I feel like I need something more manageable, but I'm not sure if it will give real results in the long run.

Hi! I've been in that exact situation, constantly postponing longer courses because they felt overwhelming. Switching to short daily sessions made learning feel much lighter and easier to maintain. I started with just a few minutes a day, and it surprisingly helped me stay consistent.

At some point, I came across a RiseGuide Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/lifelonglearning/comments/1sjk0om/2_weeks_using_riseguide_my_honest_experience_with/) review, which convinced me to try that format. I liked the interactivity and structure, though I still think some topics could go deeper. Overall, it's been great for habit-building, even if I occasionally supplement it with more detailed resources.
