First: Student Rights
1. Right to Quality Education:
Students are entitled to receive high-quality education using effective and appropriate curricula and teaching methods that cater to their linguistic level and educational needs.
2. Right to Respect and Equality:
Students have the right to be treated with respect and equality regardless of nationality, religion, native language, or any other considerations.
3. Right to a Safe Learning Environment:
Students have the right to learn in a safe environment, free from any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
4. Right to Access Resources:
Students are entitled to access all available educational resources, including books, electronic materials, and recorded lessons.
5. Right to Academic Support:
Students have the right to request academic support and guidance from teachers and administration when needed, both in lessons and educational activities.
6. Right to Feedback:
Students have the right to receive regular feedback on their academic performance and continuous assessments to evaluate their progress.
7. Right to Privacy:
The academy is committed to protecting the student's privacy and will not share personal information with any third party without the student's consent.
8. Right to Express Opinion:

Second: Student Duties
1. Commitment to Attendance:
Students must regularly attend lessons at the specified times and refrain from absence except for acceptable reasons such as illness or emergencies.
2. Mutual Respect:
Students must treat all members of the academy, including peers, teachers, and administrators, with respect.
3. Active Participation:
Students are expected to actively participate in lessons and activities, including completing assignments and required exercises.
4. Adherence to Rules and Policies:
Students must adhere to all internal regulations of the academy, including attendance policy, conduct policy, and proper use of resources policy.
5. Commitment to Academic Requirements:
Students must meet all academic requirements of the course, including submitting projects and assignments on time.
6. Adherence to Appropriate Conduct:
Students are expected to maintain proper conduct inside and outside lessons and avoid any behavior that may harm the academy's reputation or negatively affect others.
7. Compliance with Payment Policies:
Students must comply with scheduled payment deadlines and adhere to the academy's financial policies.
8. Compliance with Absence and Tardiness Policy:
Students must follow the academy's policy regarding absence and tardiness and notify the administration in advance in case of a justified absence.
