Post by: henrypowell on Jul 07, 2026, 07:22 AM
Ethical work is the selection of honest, fair, and responsible actions, even when faced with difficult circumstances. For instance, if a mistake is made, it is an act of ethics to report it; if you are not in conflict of interest, it is an act of ethics; if you are respecting coworkers, it is an act of ethics; if you are obeying company policies, it is an act of ethics, and so on. Ethical understanding can guide employees in making decisions that are beneficial to the organization and their professional image.
