Many times I avoided a bad purchase just by reading a few careful comments. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. I am still learning and testing different brands and styles over time. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. Reviews that mention long term use are more valuable than comments written on day one.
